CAST FOR
East of the Sun and West of the Moon, March 2010

Liz trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and The Desmond Jones School of Mime and Physical Theatre. Her theatrical roles have ranged from elderly Russian mother, to Princess, to Death. Liz specialises in theatre in education. She is a Theatre of the Oppressed practitioner and a trainee Clown. Liz is also a member of
Actors Kitchen.

Philip has worked with Theatre Workshop, V.amp, Theatre Alba, Siege Perilous, Fiendish Plot, SpartaKi, The Arches, WILDWORKS, Birmingham Royal Ballet and The Edinburgh Science Festival. He has also recently finished filming on “The Wicker Tree”, the sequel to “The Wicker Man”, which is due out in cinemas later this year.

Hilde has toured with White Horse Theatre, Edinburgh Science Festival and Mugenkyo Taiko Drummers.
She has recently completed a Diploma in Physical Theatre and has since performed with Derevo, Akhe Group and Mischief La Bas and is working on the "Tide Machine" which will be launched in Dumfries on 28/4/10.

Cast

Liberty is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg Honours Acting Program. Since then she has performed with Guerilla Theatre, Interesting Theatre, and the University of Winnipeg Theatre Department.  Her performances include an all woman show of Twelfth Night, in which she played Toby Belch. Liberty is also a member of
Actors Kitchen.

Danielle is an experienced actress (trained under Niamh Dowling at MMU's School of Theatre) and an Associate Artist with Tightlaced Theatre. She performs with various companies, on stage and screen, and enjoys exploring new works and techniques, as well as specialising in Shakespearean roles. Danielle is also a member of Actors Kitchen.

Fernando has an extensive background in improvisation, and was featured in hundreds of long-form comedy shows in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He has recently worked with Blackout and Tricklock Theatre Company, where he developed a deepening thirst for live-performance. Fernando is also a member of
Actors Kitchen.
